Return & Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal & Conditions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To be eligible for a refund, items must strictly meet the following criteria:

  • They must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • They must have a completely undamaged plastic protective wrap (original seal).

  • Note: In accordance with EU health and hygiene standards, opened or unsealed perfumes and cosmetic products are strictly excluded from returns.


2. Return Process & Address

To exercise your right of return, please inform us within 14 days via:

After notification, please ship the goods securely packaged directly to our logistics center: De Poort 85, 4411 PB Rilland, Netherlands

The customer bears responsibility for the goods until they safely arrive at our warehouse in the Netherlands.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: For returns due to a withdrawal (change of mind), the customer bears the direct cost of return shipping.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos. In these cases, we cover all return shipping costs without exception.


4. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the goods at our warehouse in Rilland, we will refund all payments received (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned without its original packaging or with a damaged plastic wrap/seal.
