1. Shipping Location
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our central logistics center in the Netherlands:

2. Handling Time
Orders placed on business days before 1:00 PM are typically processed and handed over to the carrier on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
